Acanthus offers a full range of advisory services to private equity funds, with a focus on fundraising. Our ultimate objective is to help our clients build a diversified, long term base of institutional investors so they can concentrate on generating returns.

In working with any client we always carry out extensive due diligence and competitive analysis prior to approaching any third party. We have extensive experience with complex situations.

We stress a collaborative approach with our clients ensuring a full immersion in their business, a systematic methodology and a coach and "devil’s advocate" role.

With the fund closed, we help the client manage investor relations, from regular reporting to portfolio secondaries. We also provide bespoke advisory services for General Partners with specific fundraising needs.
